Life can become overwhelming at times, and it’s okay to feel anxious or depressed when you
experience significant changes. Sometimes, we honestly don’t know why we feel the way we
do. Confidently, I’d like you to know it’s okay not to be okay.
I specialize in helping individuals cope with significant life changes that may trigger feelings of
depression and anxiety. If you experience a lack of emotions or motivation or have racing
thoughts, I am here to support you. During sessions, I use and teach clients mechanisms for
empowerment and emotional control. My ultimate goal is to have my clients excited about the
next chapter in their lives.
