I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) and Licensed School Counselor dedicated to helping individuals, children, and couples navigate life’s challenges in a supportive and compassionate environment. I hold three master’s degrees in Forensic Psychology, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and School Counseling, along with specialized training in Crisis and Trauma Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy.
My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and experiences while developing healthy coping strategies and lasting resilience. I believe healing begins in a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore their emotions and create meaningful change.
I have a particular passion for helping children, and couples strengthen relationships, overcome challenges, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
